Every hotel person has that story. You know the one - the story that drops jaws and makes people cry laughing. Our business is a breeding ground for crazy, hilarious, outrageous tales, and it's time to tell yours! Check out the examples from past shows above, or think about your favorite story to tell at a dinner party (or on the Loading Dock). You don’t need to be a stand-up comedian, just an authentic survivor of this crazy business.
-

Don’t be. Stop it.
Kidding. It’s OK to be nervous, but remember that Top Floor is about real people who work in hospitality, not professional keynote speakers with forthcoming Netflix comedy specials. This is about connection, not perfection, and your authentic story will ring true with your fellow hotel people. Promise. Listen to Episode 15 for some tips.
